We run a small referral service for heating and cooling repair calls in Harrison County and nearby. Homeowners call our number. If they're in your area and need repair work, the call rings through to you.
You quote the job, do the work and collect payment. We don't touch your money or your customer.
How calls work
- Every call is checked for town and job type before it reaches you.
- Calls ring through live to your phone. If you miss one, you get a text with the caller's name, number and problem.
- Calls are recorded and logged so we both see the same numbers. Callers hear a recording notice.
- You pick the towns you'll cover.
Two ways to pay

| Pay per qualified call | You pay for calls from new customers in your towns, about repair work, that last over 60 seconds. If a call doesn't meet that, it doesn't count. Disputes get settled by listening to the recording. |
| Flat monthly rate for an area | One monthly price for all repair calls from an area. Good if you want steady volume and don't want to count calls. |
We'll talk through rates when you apply. They depend on the area and the season.
Requirements
- Current WV HVAC Technician or HVAC Residential Technician license from the Division of Labor.
- General liability insurance. We'll ask for a certificate.
- Cover at least one town in our area.
- Answer or call back within 15 minutes during the hours you say you're working. No-heat calls first.
- Honor the $89 diagnostic, credited toward a same-day approved repair.
